This small rookery is located on Swamp Road in Richmond, Massachusetts. It is an Audubon managed site open to the public for viewing the great blue herons and egrets nesting and fledging right from the road. There are usually 8-10 huge nests in the dead trees. Look closely, can you find the heron?
