This covered bridge is located along the  Madison County Nature Trail a.k.a. Green Mountain Nature Trail in Huntsville, Alabama. The Nature Trail is recognized as a Treasure Forest by the Alabama Forestry Commission. It is also considered a Wildlife Sanctuary.
